Question: How do I place my order?

2. Confirm your shipping address on the PayPal payment page.
3. Choose your payment method and click 'Continue'.
4. Verify information.
5. Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order.
Question: When will my order be processed?
Answer: We have warehouses all over the world, so all orders are handled and shipped according to the customer's address nearby. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days).
Question: What cable or power supply do I need to play it on my car?
Answer: We provide 2 kinds of cable.
USB cable for power on. It can connect to a car USB port.
AUX cable with 3.5mm jack is for audio output, which can connect to car AUX port.
Question: How much does this player weigh?
Answer: About 265g. 30mm thin. One-handed grip.
Question: What format does this player support?
Answer: Multi formats, such as CD original discs, MP3 discs, CD-R, and CD-RW.
